The Professional Services Specialist is a highly trained product expert responsible for end-to-end product implementation, deployment, and support.

What will your job look like?

• Provides solutions that best address the customer's needs.
•  Supports the fixing of defect using error analysis and application of customer-specific configurations.
• Provides technical support during all phases of a project and advice the customer's technical personnel on use of product features, HW and deployment architecture, application and 3rd-party configuration and tuning, etc.
• Performs validation of related system components. Reviews results with the customer and the customer's vendors and provides relevant technical input to project status reporting.
• Identifies product gaps and recommends enhancements to the Product Core team.

All you need is...

• Experience range – 6 to 9 years.
• Knowledge of Core Telecom Networks, 3GPP Protocols (diameter, N5, Rx)
• Policy Domain Experience - PCF/BSF or PCRF
• Experience with any 5G network function
• Monitoring/ Troubleshooting Experience –
  • Understanding of how to collect & analyze Wireshark pcaps and Jaeger traces
  • Understanding how to troubleshoot Filebeat and Logstash issues
• Experience working in a cloud environment
  • Kubectl commands, check pods status, bounce pods, root cause analysis of pod issues
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, helm charts, values files
• Customer facing experience.
