Information Security Analyst

The Content Security Analyst is an integral resource to the business.   He or she will be the interface between Vubiquity, Studios/Production Houses and our Clients, for all matters relating to Content Security and Studio compliance.   The Content Security Analyst, reporting into the Manager of Information Security. He or she will work seamlessly with Vubiquity’ s InfoSec Team, Client Onboarding, Sales and Technology.

TQ Management
•    Process management - TQ Process management; includes
•    Chase customers for answers 
•    Review/validate answers in TQR 
•    Assemble the final studio TQ forms 
•    Manage status of TQ process; includes submission to studios and collection of feedback
•    Maintain a record of what platform has been approved to each client.
Legal Support
•    Reviewing studio contracts for rule changes and in some cases a push back.
•    Reviewing customer contracts to ensure the correct provisions are includes to support the TQ rules.
Studio interface
•    Petitioning studios for concessions or waivers on the TQ
Company Global Security Representation
•    Attend meetings and events, managing actions as and when they arise. 
Knowledge, Skills and Experience               
•    5+ Yrs Media experience, either in Content Security, Compliance or Licensing and Acquisitions
•    Clear, demonstrable knowledge of studio compliance and the TQ process
•    Strong consultative skills.  Ability to lead, influence and manage clients to complete the TQ process
•    Strong technical understanding technology platforms and content distribution
•    Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, and Unix) and network
•    Knowledge of risk management methodologies and approach
•    Strong ability to analyze, organize, and calculate risk decision-making skills
•    Strong planning and organizational skills 
•    Ability to work collaboratively across diverse and cross-functional groups
•    Highly motivated individual with the ability to self-manage
•    Good written and verbal communication skills in English (plus additional language if required)

What will your job look like?

• Develop, implement, and administer security policies and plans for Amdocs as well as carry out information security activities in accordance with the established policies and guidelines
• Build and assess security policies for the OS, network, and database. This will require analyzing and evaluating security vulnerabilities, and managing security systems such as anti-virus, firewalls, patch management, intrusion detection, and encryption
• Recommend fixes, security patches, and any other measures required in the event of a security breach. Assist in coordinating contingency plan tests on a periodic basis
• Coordinate security orientation and security awareness programs. You will build standard operating procedures for security tools and processes per industry best practices
• Be responsible for carrying out penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to align with client security needs across countries
• You will design, implement, and report on security system and end-user activity audits; monitor server, application, and network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity; interpret activity and make recommendations for resolution
• You will be responsible for coordinating, assessing & addressing customer security needs
