We are seeking an outstanding candidate for our HTOL lab who understand the device circuitry, design HTOL board and able to run htol process using next generation oven while ensuring world class reliability.

What you will be doing:

  • You able to operate HTOL oven, make run program, edit and implement.

  • Have the ability to read and make of Burning board schematic design.

  • Knowledge of signal integrity and accurate use of capacitor on the board. Vector conversion, trouble shooting of HTOL board, burning system as well when required.

  • Socket selection, heat sink simulation and discussion with vendor to overcome any issue. Working closely with Lab technician and different engineering group.

  • Maintain and improve reliability database. Continuous improvement of thermal interface material with the vendor. BIB and system Improvement method.

  • We encourage knowledge of applying Tsense in controlling device temperature instead of Tdiode.

  • Knowledge of dual or multi die configuration with related design and effective thermal control.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to debug and resolve any HW/SW product issues.

What we need to see:

  • You have a firm technical background in reliability htol stress test. Knowledge of other reliability environmental stress test (Tc, reflow, Thermal shock, hast) is a plus.

  • Familiar with MCC HTOL Chamber operation is a double plus.

  • We strongly expect equipped with Knowledge of using oscilloscope, HTOL Oven maintenance including mechanical repair of Blower Motor pulley, refrigeration system and little soldering wires.

  • We recommend understanding of device thermal control during HTOL environments and Toggle coverage associated with running different vector.

  • Vector debug and write short script an excellent ability.

  • Excellent teammate with good communication and analytical skills.

  • Strong problem solving and debugging skills.

  • MS/EE or BS/EE/ME, or a related major (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of overall experience in semiconductor HTOL bib design and operation.

The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 172,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
