Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Process Optimization:
    • Analyze and improve supply chain business processes related to planning (demand, supply, replenishment), logistics, warehousing, roles & responsibilities, and performance metrics (KPIs).
    • Collaborate with the Strategy Consulting team and internal clients to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Client Engagement and Communication:
    • Partner with Strategy Consultants on client engagements related to Supply Chain operations.
    • Work with internal clients (Business Unit, Digital Team, TMO) to understand their needs and ensure successful program delivery.
    • Educate stakeholders on proposed solutions and designs.
  • Value Creation and Analysis:
    • Develop and present compelling value and business cases, including quantitative and qualitative benefits, value realization tracking, and justification of ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback period.
  • Change Management Support:
    • Collaborate with the change management team to develop change impact assessments, change strategies, and communication plans.
    • Support the implementation of change management activities for the adoption of new operating models.
  • Project Management and Delivery:
    • Participate in program stakeholder reviews and contribute to successful project delivery by ensuring all business and design requirements are met.
    • Support sprint planning, execution, and progress reporting (if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.
  • Proven track record of success in analyzing and improving supply chain processes.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with business process improvement methodologies (Design Thinking, SAFe, etc.) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze complex logistics challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with supply chain planning tools or supply chain analytics.
  • Preferred: Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Plus: Experience working on Change Management, Training, or Value Realization teams.
