The Process Improvement Professional 1 analyzes, and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. The Process Improvement Professional 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.

The Process Improvement Professional 1 researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost. Determines how new information technologies can support re-engineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and re-engineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in working with Electronic Medical Records
• More than 3 years of technical experience
• High level of proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Planner, Excel, Sharepoint, OneNote)
• Strong customer service, organization and communication skills
• Data analytics experience
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Long term care or healthcare plan experience

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
