Position Responsibilities:
• Participate in preventive room maintenance programs.
• Respond to requests from guests in rooms or from other departments associated with problems in common areas.
• Maintain direct contact with the reception staff in relation to the solution of reported breakdowns in the rooms or common areas.
• Direct communication with the maintenance coordinator or supervisor about the activities carried out daily
• Provide solutions to problems associated with electricity, lighting, plumbing and air conditioning in rooms.
• Review and minor repairs on household appliances in the rooms.
• Support and provide solutions to minor carpentry work associated with closets, doors, frames and furniture inside the rooms.
• Support the energy management program and efficient use of resources.
• The functions described above are not limiting and include all those activities related to the maintenance of the facilities that ensure quality operation and adequate maintenance of the facilities.
