Role : Senior Officer – Corporate HR 

Location : Bangalore 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Managing SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technology tools and platforms project stages including, requirements determination, gap analysis, issue resolution, testing, training, go-live assistance and post-implementation support.
• Provide timely and accurate project status information to the PMO team, escalate project issues appropriately, mentor cross-functional project team members, and identify and share implementation best practices with them
• Maintenance, improvement and support of existing business SAP/SuccessFactors application solutions
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Ability to be strategic and creative while remaining detail-oriented and process-focused
• Minimum of 1 year experience in HR Systems and HR Data management. Preferably on SuccessFactors.
• Data upload/Modification in SF. Should be familiar with importing employee data, compensation and all Job-related changes.
• Good stakeholder management capabilities.
