Обязанности:
- · Drive and contribute to Cheetos&Doritos brands development vision, strategy, and execution program by creating and delivering on short and long term company and brand plans that provide a sustainable, consistent, and healthy business results
- · Develop and execute marketing activation programs to drive shopper/consumer engagement and maximize conversion
- · Lead development of the commercial strategy for the new products / packaging /digital/ in-store support / including pricing & PPA
- · Drill for new consumer insights through consumer data analysis and interpretation, leverage business knowledge, insights and analytics to clearly identify problems to solve (shopper, customer, category and company), Business reviews lead on regular basis
- · Take major role in preparation of brands’ Annual Operating Plan (comprehensive, timely), build and contribute to full year activation calendar
- · Support Marketing Manager and contribute to Brand strategy & Inno pipeline
- · Demand planning & control for assigned sublines/projects
- PnL Management
- · A&M planning & control
- · Influence sales and category leadership to ensure brand priorities are aligned and included in growth plans and algorithms
- Recent 3 years + of marketing experience preferably in brand development & deployment
- University Degree & passion in marketing
- Have proven examples of leadership & influence/collaboration skills
- Have strong time management capabilities and communication skills
- Perfect balance of analytical & creative thinker, transforming data & killer consumer insights into creative business solutions & actions
- Entrepreneurship & business growth-oriented mentality
- Nielsen advanced user
- Upper-Intermediate and higher in English
