Summary: As an Agile Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. Your typical day will involve leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring project timelines are met. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project roadblocks, ensuring project timelines are met. - Provide coaching and guidance to team members on Agile processes and best practices. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk and issue logs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile Program Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile Process Coaching. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. - Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project roadblocks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Program Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful Agile projects. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
