Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for tracking and managing project management office activities, monitoring and reporting on execution of deliverables. Your typical day will involve supporting projects in the Technology Delivery Centers and proactively managing project activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the project management office activities and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. - Monitor and report on execution of deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. - Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, utilizing project management tools and techniques for clarity and transparency. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in project management methodologies and tools, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Program Control Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello. - Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. - Experience in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Program Control Services. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in project management, business administration, or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
