We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join our Corporate - Sourcing and Procurement department.

The Procurement Coordinator will support the Manager, Procurement with assigned procurement activities with a focus on pre-opening projects.  Other procurement activities relating to FS UPI scope will be assigned as capacity allows.

This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Manager, Procurement. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.

Key Activities/ What You’ll Be Doing

Supplier Follow-Up:

  • Assist Managers with all supplier follow-up activities including but not limited to pricing, sample deliveries and to log and coordinate internal review as needed.
  • Assist in RFX preparation as directed.
  • Review vendor quotes for accuracy
  • Assist with acquisition of samples when required for various cross-functional teams to review

Reporting:

  • Expedite Open Order reports, and update system Delivery Status as assigned.
  • Assist with preparation of cost comparisons.
  • Generate reports using eProcurement system.
  • Assist Buyer and Manager with preparation of vendor price increase analysis and communication.
  • Assist with budget information gathering and development.

Purchase Orders:

  • Enter and issue purchase orders in system.
  • Prepare and keep all relevant documentation as required.

Administrative/Other:

  • Filing, scanning, and copying documents
  • Receiving packages and deliveries
  • Other duties as assigned and special projects paced environment.

Desired Skills/ Who You Are

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to write clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet various shifting deadlines in a very fast- paced environment.
  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and dependable
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office software, in particular PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience and knowledge of Birchstreet Software an asset
  • General office equipment competency
  • Procurement experience preferred

Experience, Education and Professional Qualifications / What You Bring

  • Business or related studies (College level)
  • Relevant occupational experience (1-2 yrs)

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
