As a Group Reservations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of group bookings. Your role involves liaising with Catering & conferences department to understand their requirements, and ensuring seamless execution of group reservations. Utilizing excellent communication and organizational skills, you will collaborate with various hotel departments to guarantee a flawless guest experience. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, manage room blocks, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our discerning clientele.
