What will your job look like?
- Provides solutions that best address the customer's needs.
- Performs configuration and customization of code. Defines test specifications and supports the fixing of defect using complex debugging and error analysis.
- Provides technical support during all phases of a project and advice the customer's technical personnel at all levels of: coding-related best practices, design-related best practices, use of product features, HW and deployment architecture, application and 3rd-party configuration and tuning, on-going production monitoring, etc.
- Installs and configures products in internal labs (ST), customer labs (UAT/Performance), and customer production environments. Installations may include O/S, DB's, applications and test tools (for example, Seagull).
- Integrates Amdocs products with third party applications in production environment. Implements and validates product configuration changes in live customer environment.
- Performs validation of related system components. Reviews results with the customer and the customer's vendors and provides relevant technical input to project status reporting.
- Leads and screens all defects/incidents during the project, directing them to the relevant owner and following up on their handling. Identifies product gaps and recommends enhancements to the Product Core team.
- Monitor application and troubleshoot incidents identified in different environments like production and non-production environments, being capable of collecting evidences, reporting RCAs, requesting external and additional support when required, proposing action reliefs.

- Telecom Core Networks : Charging domain, 3GPP protocols
- Monitoring/Troubleshooting Experience : SNMP, Logs Collection, filebeats, logstash
- E2E Integration (BSS-Charging) : Provisioning Flows, TopUps, Usage History (REST interfaces)
- NW Integration : Diameter (Ro, Gy, Sy), 5G REST (N28, N40), Voice 3G (SS7)
- Cloud Native Solutions (K8S commands) : kubectl commands, check pods status, bounce pods, value files/helmcharts reading
- Customer Facing : Tickets Followup, RCA meetings, control calls
- Documentation : Ops Manual updates, Tickets creation, Tickets Reporting
- Tools Experience : UMS, Wireshark, Kibana, Tectronix, JIRA, tcpdump, probes, terminals (K8S access), Jenkins (Pipelines execution if applicable)
