The Business Operations Planning team is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and execute successful launches of global solutions. This individual will span functions to align strategies and drive execution, ensuring connectedness and alignment amongst leadership,  engineering, and title management teams. 

This role requires a problem solver who can prioritize multiple and competing priorities while driving a plan to execution. You will be responsible for executing materials that drive alignment globally. You must ensure outcomes are easily understood and actionable amongst the end users, devising clear channels of communication for direction and feedback.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships and partner with key stakeholders.
  • Create visually compelling documents that make complex concepts simple and easily understood.
  • Enhance existing onboarding program elements or set vision, build and deliver new program elements by incorporating space-specific onboarding requirements to meet the relevant needs of functions and regions.
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders to align strategy, review progress, and provide oversight across critical milestones to ensure product build and rollout readiness.
  • Drive accountability, ownership, and metrics to measure the impact of the Onboarding Program.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and pivot program design and delivery as needed.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate is an effective communicator (oral and written) who can explain organizational and workflow concepts clearly and concisely, and work comfortably with cross-functional partners and leaders.
  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences and communicating high-level concepts in a clear understandable format.
  • Has proven program management skills, including planning work, prioritizing and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results with tight deadlines.
  • Has proven ability to think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and  difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines.
  • Is able to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, processes, and priorities.
  • Demonstrates curiosity to gather business acumen and culture learning  rapidly and eagerly and seeks to understand patterns and connections through strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Applies analytical thinking shown through gap analysis and connected outcomes, driving metrics to ensure continuous improvement in process and results.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $160,000 - $360,000.
