Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Weddings & Special Events Manager

JOIN OUR 'OHANA

The Weddings & Special Events Manager coordinates and leads all requirements for weddings and private dining events at the Resort, in coordination with the Sales department. They would be responsible for enforcing the terms of sales letter of agreement and guiding meeting planners through the planning process. The Weddings & Special Events Manager communicates the needs and expectations of the client with all departments in the hotel and ensures successful execution of group and client satisfaction.

What We Look For:

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations, solid knowledge of the rooms division, event planning, and ability to evidence strong business acumen. They will have a proven track record displaying creativity and excellent communication skills. Applicants should have 2-3 years experience in hospitality/event planning with some supervisory or management experience included. A college degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or hospitality administration is preferable, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience. Ability to work long and irregular hours, weekends, and evenings is required.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
