Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is looking for Duty Engineer who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.  The position reports to the Assistant Director of Engineer.

Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

1.            Provide service and repairs as outlined in the Technical Skills List, depending on grade level, for electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating problems.

2.            Provide electric repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.

3.            Maintain and re lamp all lamps in the hotel, including socket repair and replacement.

4.            Install electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors and associated equipment.

5.            Provide electrical set-ups for exhibits and conventions including maintaining electrical equipment for exhibits.

6.            Provide preventative maintenance of all electrical equipment and updating of appropriate logs.

7.            Clean all stations in Engineering and maintain a neat organized department.

8.            Adjust, repair and clean televisions.

10.          Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.

11.          Assist on all plumbing stoppages in the building.

12.          Repair an assortment of items brought to the shop by other departments.

13.          Clean grease traps, filters and drains as necessary.

17.          Install or relocate any additional or existing equipment when necessary.

19.          Take meter readings, record temperatures and pressures in heating and cooling plant.
