• Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge combined with consulting skillset to help them achieve their goals. 

• Lead the project delivery, support in areas such as process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement. 

• Interface with cross functional client teams to perform project management activities. 

• Draft winning pitches and discover new business opportunities. 

• Mentor team members contribute to their professional development. 

• Support asset development contribute to thought leadership, staffing, and capability development. 

• Support cross geography Market Integration activities and establish strong connects with market leadership and grow the team in the designated geography 

• Estimate resource effort and cost budgets. 

• Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations that will drive the success and growth of the solutions and programs in the market.

Your experience counts! 

• Prior experience in the Capital Markets Industry/Consulting with Capital Markets clients 

• Extensive experience in an Asset Management or Wealth management firm, with a focus on Platform Implementation, Technology Transformation, Operating Model Design, FO/MO/BO Transformation, Regulatory Change etc. 

• Proficiency on platforms  such as Avaloq, Broadridge, W360, Multifonds, Triple A plus, SEI Wealth, InvestCloud etc. Familiarity with the features, functionalities, and best practices of these platforms is essential 

• Experience with portfolio management systems and investment software e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar, SimCorp Dimension, Aladdin etc. 

• Extensive experience working on data management projects, including data strategy, data governance, data controls, and data lineage specifically in the area of asset and wealth management. 

• Knowledge about the evolving landscape of robo-advisory technologies, including algorithmic trading, portfolio optimization algorithms, and client-facing digital interfaces. Utilize this knowledge to advise on the implementation and integration of robo-advisory features within platforms to enhance client offerings and operational efficiency. 

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion. 

• Proven ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients throughout the implementation process. 

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to asset and wealth management platforms and data management in the financial services industry. 

• Stay abreast of the latest technologies, trends, and innovations in the industry. This includes advancements in fintech solutions, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and data analytics relevant to platform implementation.
