Must have Skills : Java Standard Edition, Spring Boot Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Lead cross functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Ensure timely delivery of high quality software assets that meet or exceed customer expectations. Technical Experience : •\tMust To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, React and Angular.\n•\tGood To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS knowledge of RESTful APIs, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Professional Attributes : •\tSolid understanding of software development principles and best practices, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and test-driven development.\n•\tExperience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
