Sales Accounting Support Fuel Processor - Office Enon OH

Job Overview:

The Sales Accounting Support Fuel Processor is responsible for the reconciling of invoices and BOLS for all fuel deliveries.  They are also responsible for researching discrepancies in deliveries and amounts expected in the tank.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for fuel Invoice and BOL reconcilement Research and resolve questions from vendors concerning invoices and delivery discrepancies. Review the daily unmatched Invoice and BOL Reports. Address unmatched information. Research invoice and BOL exceptions. Monthly close responsibility. Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

Eligibility Requirements:

Education Level:  Associate degree or Equivalent Work Experience Preferred

If Degreed, preferred Major: Accounting/Business

Work Experience Desired:  Previous office experience and Excellent Computer Skills
