In this role, you will drive the strategic vision, development, and execution of our B2B SaaS Marketplace platform. You will lead innovation and excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market demands and enhance customer satisfaction.

What will your job look like?

You will....
•Drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our Marketplace SaaS product, aligning them with the company's overall objectives and market demands.
•Conduct comprehensive market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
•Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and external partners.
•Drive the agile product development process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
•Foster a customer-centric mindset within the organization, gathering feedback, conducting user testing, and continuously iterating on our products to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
•Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, regularly reporting progress to executive stakeholders.
•Secure product investment by building compelling business cases for innovative products.
•Translate market knowledge, product strategy, and business cases into a successful product plan.
•Define and own the product readiness and go-to-market plan to ensure that the business is ready to sell, deliver, and support the product.
•Support sales channels as the product and market specialist for applicable product(s).
•Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and strategies, leveraging tools like Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.
•Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.

All you need is...

•Proven experience (4+ years) in product management or leadership roles within B2B SaaS products, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
•Solid understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans and solutions.
•Experience in supporting Pre-Sales activities and customer accounts/engagements.
•BA/BS degree in computer science or related area with 2-5 years of product management and/or software development experience (SaaS preferred)
•Experienced in leading new initiatives (for multiple Product Management roles), including GTM strategies.
•Technical proficiency in cloud computing, APIs, and integration with third-party services
