Description -
This role is responsible for managing enterprise client accounts, understanding their needs, and driving growth. The role creates strategic plans, coordinates with various teams, and leverages data-driven insights to support decision-making. The role manages sales pipelines, ensures customer retention and contract renewals, and provides regular updates to management.
Responsibilities
- Manages a portfolio of key client accounts and develops a deep understanding of each client's business needs, goals, and challenges.
- Collaborates with clients to conduct thorough needs assessments and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet client needs.
- Develops and executes account business plans including transactional and strategic initiatives to grow the organization’s business.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a unified approach to serving clients.
- Utilizes data-driven insights to track account performance and identify trends to make decisions about account strategy.
- Builds and maintains sales pipeline activity while achieving and/or exceeding revenue and margin quotas using margin management techniques.
- Focuses on customer retention and timely contract renewals to ensure ongoing revenue for the organization.
- Stays updated on the organization’s offerings as well as industry trends to offer insights and solutions that align with clients' needs.
- Provides regular reports to management on account performance, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
- Participates in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in account management, sales techniques, industry trends, and client relationship management.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 5+ years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, account management, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
- 5 years + experience to manage End customers
- Should be based out of Mumbai and have idea of Mumbai as a territory
- Preferably from IT Hardware, Telecom, White Goods Industries
