Summary: As a Measurement & Reporting Representative, you will be responsible for analyzing designated performance measures and reports including financial, satisfaction, and operational metrics. Your typical day will involve working with Micro Focus LoadRunner, ensuring operational reports are delivered accurately and on time. Roles & Responsibilities: - Analyze designated performance measures and reports including financial, satisfaction, and operational metrics. - Ensure operational reports are delivered accurately and on time. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues. - Develop and maintain performance testing scripts using Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Provide recommendations for performance improvements based on analysis of performance metrics. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics or New Relic. - Solid grasp of performance analysis techniques, including root cause analysis and bottleneck identification. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful performance solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
