As a Finance Operations specialist, you will Deliver timely creation, processing and payment with an accuracy of vendor setup, vendor invoices, employee travel expenses, bank reconciliations, customer invoices, and ICB

What will your job look like?

•Be responsible to collect, analyze and evaluate large amount of data received from different stakeholders.
•Be responsible for the timely and accurate creation of invoices and delivery to customers based on contractual or/and agreed terms. 
•Following up with project managers and business owners regarding the status and delivery of projects in order to make sure milestones are invoiced on time.  
•Have a key role in the B2C (bill to cash) cycle as you will be the focal point of customer collection for all internal & external stakeholders.
•Follow up on collection and performing reconciliation between customer balances and payments.  
•Liaising and supporting requests from various departments and auditors.

All you need is...

•A university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
•Minimum 5 years of experience on Accounts Receivable and Customer Billing 
•Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent Knowledge of Excel
•Expertise in development of Macros or BI tools is an advantage
•Strong communication skills and service-oriented.  
•The successful candidate will demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn.
•Team player with the ability to collaborate and to work across team boundaries.
•The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
