What will your job look like?

• Working closely with technical leads and client teams to fully demonstrate the benefits of cloud technology  
• Helping to build & introduce clients to automated delivery pipelines (CI/CD)  
• Defining and implementing cloud-based solutions in line with industry best practices and enterprise architecture guidelines  
• Supporting clients in troubleshooting issues in their test and/or production environments and identifying root cause and solutions   
• Presenting case studies and cloud solutions at meetups, conferences and technology events  
• Assisting with the productization of internal software products 

All you need is...

• 4+ years of enterprise IT consulting experience; experience in financial services is an asset 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field 
• Experience in large-scale, secure, and high availability solutions in Cloud environment such as Google Cloud (GCP) 
• Experience in cloud deployment templating using offerings such as Google Deployment Manager or Terraform 
• Extensive programming experience in Python, Go, or Java  
• Strong configuration management skills – working with deployment automation configuration management technologies such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible 
• Good understanding of containerization technologies such as Kubernetes (GKE) or Docker 
• Good understanding of GCP services such as IAM, Networking components, Managed Instance Groups, and Google Cloud Storage buckets 
• Good understanding of Anthos Service Mesh
• An understanding of security principals and other associated controls and features in GCP 
• Database experience with either RDBM or NOSQL 
• Technical writing, experience in preparing and presenting technical material to a variety of audiences  
• Experience in working in, and with, Agile delivery teams
