Associate Consultant delivers consulting services for Amdocs and 3rd party applications, applies functional business best practices to transform business processes, designs and drives changes to restructure and transform organizations, and achieve business objectives.
What will your job look like?
- Providing consulting on Cloud engineering and working closely on implementations with our Customers.
- Helping to build & introduce clients to automated delivery pipelines (CI/CD)
- Design, develop, and maintain tools, services, and reusable modules and frameworks to automate the provisioning of cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting, performance analysis and remediation to improve cloud stability, performance and security.
- Provide Product and Engineering teams with best practices on how to deploy and consume public cloud services.
- Closely partner with Architecture and Security teams to incorporate respective requirements and best practices.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and consumption of cloud services.
- Build and operate core automation, tools, governance, security, networking, reporting tasks and cloud infrastructure.
- Identify and raise technical, business and operational risks and opportunities for increased automation.
All you need is...
Experience writing and building automation for AWS IaaS, PaaS services including EMR, Glue, Kinesis, Firehose, s3, sftp, and Athena
Experience with container technologies like GKE, EKS, ECS, Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience with and understanding of cloud security concepts and tooling, such as AWS IAM, Hashicorp Vault, CyberArk etc.
Experience with cloud data services, such as AWS Aurora, DynamoDB.
Experience working in an agile development environment
Enjoyment of identifying ways to improve while also being team-oriented
Desirable Skills
Understanding or experience working in highly regulated environments
Experience with more than one public cloud provider such as GCP and/or Azure
Experience with network design, subnetting, and routing
Associate, Professional and/or Specialty level AWS certifications
Experience in working with microservices or serverless architecture
