Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using .Net Full Stack Development. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the application. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in .Net Full Stack Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and Cloud technologies. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles. - Experience with designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications. - Solid grasp of database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
