To manage communication with customers with respect to service operations, through various channels such as telephone, e-mail, and chat, to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the corporate image by providing prompt and accurate support for customer support, sales, and inquiry response services, as well as to promote sales activities and Increase sales through sales promotion activities and customer follow-up.

In the area of maintenance contract services, we will promote systematic proposals and negotiations with customers, and promptly prepare contracts and related documents necessary for the conclusion of contracts. In addition, we will strive to increase sales through contract renewals and new contracts through contract management.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

l  Support for responding to questions and resolving problems related to products and services

l  Preparing and coordinating SRs

l  Create and manage call center receipts.

l  Reviewing and updating customer information

l  Manage data entry, documentation and reporting

l  Prepare, review and manage quotations and contracts.

l  Billing implementation, review, and management

l  Coordination with related departments within the company

l  Handle outsourcing procedures and renewals with 3rdPARTY

 

Qualifications: 

Basic Qualifications  

 

l  Customer service skills

l  Communication and negotiation skills

l  Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively and make sound decisions

l  Basic PC operation

l  Microsoft Word and Excel skills

l  Operation of CRM systems and other software necessary for business operations

l  Time management: Ability to complete tasks through efficient time management

l  Stress management: Ability to manage stress

l  Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

l  At least 5 years of experience working for a company

l  Call center experience

l  Experience with ORACLE

l  English communication

l  Knowledge of all aspects of contracts
