Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using HCL Unica. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using HCL Unica, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines and ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in application development, including emerging technologies and development methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using HCL Unica. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle. - Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using HCL Unica. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
