About Team:
The Corporate Communications team at Myntra manages the gamut of activities concerned with sharing organizational communications with both internal and external stakeholders. This supports the organization in maintaining consistency and uniformity of messages, identity and image across all channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an able corporate communications professional who ensures that by the way of effective internal communications strategies and engagement events, employees stay connected with the organisation’s mission, purpose, and goals. The role requires a go-getter, comfortable in excelling in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated learning agility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the internal communication strategy that helps connect employees with the organisation’s vision, purpose and goals.
- Be the culture custodian in the organisation by staying attuned to the ongoing activities, organizational environment, and employee sentiments, thus enabling a plan to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align communication strategies with business goals
- Plan and execute a variety of engagement events at Myntra to foster meaningful employee involvement. This includes cultural, business, and other events resonating to the core of the business such as Employee Town Halls, key launches/ milestone celebrations, marquee fashion events, CSR initiatives, D&I events, and leadership connect forums.
- Collaborate with leaders as well as cross-functional departments across the board, including business, HR, Employer Branding teams, to disseminate people, culture and business communications and campaigns
- Be the custodian of brand guidelines, to ensure their right usage at all times internally
- Write high-quality and creative content for different communications platforms – including blogs, leadership communications, change communications, company website, newsletter, event copies, leadership communication, company blog, website and official brand social media handles.
- Have an eye for visually appealing and creative designs for internal communications, including newsletters, posters, infographics.
- Experience in managing external communications like press releases and working with the media is a bonus
- Manage relationships with agencies and other stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement roles
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience of managing different internal communications mediums and how they can be leveraged to amplify the message.
- Action oriented with a strong focus on results
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing crisis situations is a plus
