Customer Service Associate with Italian - Warsaw, Proximo II

• Customer Service activities related to disputes and returns requests from the customers over the phone or via e mail.

• Validation of contractual agreements related to Disputes and Returns process .

• Order management and returns management activities in SAP.

• Coordination of returns and disputes process with internal teams and spare parts vendors.

• Resolution of queries within the contractual metrics.

What do we expect:

• Knowledge of English and Italian languages (C1 level in both is required).

• Ability to work in hybrid model (2/3 days onsite from the office located in Warsaw city center, 2/3 days at home).

• Well-developed communication skills.

• Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).   

• Preferably experience in customer service .

• Experience in working with SAP would be an asset.
