Job Title: Business System Analyst (with P&C Insurance experience)

Work Location: Mississauga, Canada / Remote

Primary Skills (Must have):

• 7 + years of experience having strong understanding of Property and casualty insurance process cycle.
• Business Analyst would be responsible for performing requirement analysis gap analysis capturing relevant artifacts and transpiring the same into FSD.
• Should be able to work with QA and Dev collectively to review test plans and feasibility of solutions conforming with business requirements.
• should be able to conform a new service-based automation framework meeting the outcome from requirement standpoint.
• Duckcreek experience of 3 years with P&C experience is mandatory.
• Requires quick understanding of business issues.
• Working Knowledge of UML office productivity tools such as Visio MS Office
• Ability to understand complex functionality break them into user stories.
• Should be very good at verbal & written communication.
• Knowledge of Agile concepts would be a plus.

Secondary Skills (Nice to have):

• SQL would be an added advantage
