Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the HRIS department with incoming questions as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing excellent customer service to our employees.
Core Responsibilities:
Assists the department in daily system administration; assists other departments with questions; troubleshoots issues within our HR systems; monitors the department's shared email box; maintains operating knowledge of our HR systems utilized by the assigned department; documents system processes and business processes/procedures.

- Ability to learn new processes and information systems quickly
- Effective listening, telephone, verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, professional attitude and adaptive to change
- Experience with Workday or other HR information systems
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time in a relatively stationary position
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing and reaching
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Education:
High School Diploma; additional education a plus
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be able to multi-task and function in a fast pace work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
