Roles & Responsibilities: A Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting applications, ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices and standards. B Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents. C Configure and customize SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting modules to meet business needs, utilizing your expertise in SAP implementation methodologies. D Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and adherence to project timelines. E Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and software engineering, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. F Expert on the global FI process landscape G Drives and promotes process harmonization and standardization H Conducts Fit Gap Workshops with project stakeholders I Provides input to key design decisions and drives alignment with related stakeholders (incl. other streams) J Drives process modelling K Provides input to testing and runs SITs and unit tests L Cooperates with IT team on solutions and unit tests M With the local teams identifies gaps and interfaces and together with IT works on solutions to close those N Is consulting during the creation of local training material by the training stream Professional & Technical Skills: A Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. B Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP implementation methodologies. C Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and standards. D Experience in designing, developing, and implementing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting applications. E Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting modules to meet business needs. F Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. G Several years HANA S4 experience (SAP-FI and above) H Fluent in English (speaking and writing) I Ideally experinece in agile working J Open minded and communicative K Experience with projetc and change management L Being able to work in international teams / team player Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
