Summary: As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the application development process. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP BW/4HANA. - Experience in SAP full life-cycle implementations, preferably with PaPM, SAP HANA Developer / Analyst, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or BPC - Technical or functional expertise in SAP applications/modules like SAP PaPM, SAC, BW, HANA, BPC, PCM, COPA or S/4. - Technical expertise in SAP, preferably knowledge of HANA, SQL, and BW modeling. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant consulting or corporate experience - University degree (preferably in finance, accounting, controlling, computer science, or business analytics) or other equivalent experience. - Work experience in implementations of analytical or reporting solutions in the consulting or as an advanced business user. - A basic understanding of SAP PaPM data models, calculation logic and reporting. - Some experience with SAP integration tools and techniques - Understanding of financial or controlling processes, like cost allocations or profitability calculations - Ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable in a changing work environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Fluent in English (oral and in writing). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
