Summary: As an Application Developer for Pega Platform, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Pega Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications using Pega Platform to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, and to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Pega Platform development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile development methodologies. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. - Experience in designing and implementing complex business processes using Pega Platform. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Platform development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
