Responsibilities and Experience:

• UiPath Orchestrator RPA experience

• Work with appropriate teams to request and configure appropriate resources, certificates, configurations for the infrastructure.

• Deploy the applications in scope.

• Test the infrastructure and applications.

• Monitor, repair, and upgrade the infrastructure and applications, as needed.

• 3+ years – Network protocols and network administration knowledge Network Security, Management and Operating Systems

• Worked with cloud based or hosting environments (AWS or Microsoft Azure)

• Worked with Microsoft Active Directory and SQL Server

• Experience in creating Server Cluster Architectures (Failover Clusters, High Availability systems)

• Experience in database creation and maintenance

• Experience with incident ticketing systems, workstation management systems and desktop imaging

• Strong virtualization experience using Hyper-V, VMWare, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop

• Experience using automated monitoring tools (SCOM, SCCM, Nagios)

• Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices

• Experience in writing PowerShell scripts

• Knowledge of Elasticsearch and Kibana

• Ability to communicate in an engaging way to people who may not have the same technical knowledge

• Ability to build and maintain relationships

• Experience with workstation management systems and desktop imaging

• Experience with Web Server technologies, especially IIS

• Provide L2/L3 Infrastructure support for server installations and troubleshooting

• Resolve escalation requests regarding Infrastructure/Security

• Analyze infrastructure requirements (applications in scope, license size, availability requirements).

• Analyze deployment prerequisites.

• Document the infrastructure deployment plan.

• Design the infrastructure architecture based on the collected requirements and the company's policies, and document them in architecture diagrams.

• Deploy the infrastructure fabric.

• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other language is a plus
