Senior Manager - Key Account Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitive analysis and brand interviews to identify advertiser pain points and develop solutions to address them.
- Create detailed business requirement documents for new features and functionalities.
- Prioritize features in the product roadmap and track on-time delivery, ensuring timely resolution of bugs/issues.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing for new features and create Go-To-Market (GTM) plan before launch.
- Forecast available ad supply across categories based on traffic plans and assign targets accordingly.
- Track consumption trends and identify potential risks to target achievement across categories.
- Generate data insights, create case studies, and share best practices with the demand team to optimize ad revenue realization.
- Track platform-level metrics such as Fill Rate, ROI, etc., and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Monitor free credit utilization across different avenues.
- Manage a team responsible for handling brand support and serve as the first point of contact for advertisers on self-serve platforms.
Requirements
- Tier 1 MBA
- Good working knowledge of MS excel (knowledge of SQL is appreciated)
- 5 years of work exp in ad tech space, digital marketing
- Strong bias for action
