Summary: As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP CPI for Data Services. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP CPI for Data Services-based applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging of applications. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP CPI for Data Services, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Mandatory: S/4 HANA implementation work experience. - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP CPI for Data Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP CPI for Data Services-based applications. - Strong understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation techniques. - Experience in conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging of applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: Industry experience: Life sciences - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
