About Team
The Omni team at Myntra is responsible for enabling business from stores. The team enables
differentiated CVP “New & Fresh selection from stores near you”. This solves for higher order value and
speed of delivery.
Role: As an associate manager in the Omni team, the candidate would be responsible for managing and
growing existing businesses by improving pricing, selection (both width & depth) and visibility
Responsibilities:
Drive Omni growth above platform YoY by improving KPIs
Improvement in Catalog & Inventory health through optimization of resources
Improvement in profitability metrics by following pricing guidelines
MIS and data reporting – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly as per requirement
Bench-marking of Competition and industry best practices
Overall execution of day-to-day operations and resolution of vendor queries
Qualifications & Experience:
1-2 years of post-undergrad experience in retail or e-commerce industry
Graduation from a top tier institute – Preferably B.E/B.Tech
Understanding of pricing & visibility constructs on e-commerce will be desirable
Strong analytical and presentation capabilities
Sharp business acumen, problem solving and communication skills
Proven track record to solve unstructured problems, manage multiple initiatives at once, manage
stakeholder expectations, collaborate with cross functional teams with minimal supervision
Experience of working on SQL, PowerPoint and Complex Spreadsheets
Ecommerce experience is desirable
