The Omni team at Myntra is responsible for enabling business from stores. The team enables
differentiated CVP “New & Fresh selection from stores near you”. This solves for higher order value and
speed of delivery.
Role: As an associate manager in the Omni team, the candidate would be responsible for managing and
growing existing businesses by improving pricing, selection (both width & depth) and visibility
Responsibilities:
 Drive Omni growth above platform YoY by improving KPIs
 Improvement in Catalog & Inventory health through optimization of resources
 Improvement in profitability metrics by following pricing guidelines
 MIS and data reporting – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly as per requirement
 Bench-marking of Competition and industry best practices
 Overall execution of day-to-day operations and resolution of vendor queries

Qualifications & Experience:
 1-2 years of post-undergrad experience in retail or e-commerce industry
 Graduation from a top tier institute – Preferably B.E/B.Tech
 Understanding of pricing & visibility constructs on e-commerce will be desirable
 Strong analytical and presentation capabilities
 Sharp business acumen, problem solving and communication skills
 Proven track record to solve unstructured problems, manage multiple initiatives at once, manage
stakeholder expectations, collaborate with cross functional teams with minimal supervision
 Experience of working on SQL, PowerPoint and Complex Spreadsheets
 Ecommerce experience is desirable
