Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Python. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and deploying advanced software solutions, and ensuring the quality and integrity of the codebase. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Python, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy advanced software solutions, ensuring the quality and integrity of the codebase. - Develop and maintain software documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals. - Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Django, Flask, or other Python web frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Solid grasp of software design patterns and principles, including object-oriented programming and functional programming. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Python. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Noida office.
