Main Duties / Responsibilities

You will join a Technology team as a Business Analyst in the required technologies. You will be responsible for carrying out the requested requirements, interacting with your peers, supervisors and other work teams, fostering an environment of cooperation and cordiality. You must comply with the different stages of the software life cycle (SDLC), completing the required documentation and making sure the appropriate validation among different environments, adhering to Citi standards and procedures established for this purpose. It is important that you comply with the proper unit and integration tests that guarantee the quality of the deliverables.

Qualifications

Education Students or graduates of Systems, Information Technology, Computing or related degrees.

Professional Certification -

Language Spanish - Advanced

English - Intermediate

Reading and writing (for the understanding of technical documentation, requirements, manuals and the preparation of documentation and interaction by email with other regional/global areas)

Specialized Knowledge

• Project Management

• Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Office Package (Advanced)

• Issue resolution

• Wdesk setups (sftp connectivity, basic SQL, public keys updates, chain setup for automated file upload)

• CitiSFT administration of account and keys

• Intermediate Knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL Data Bases (SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages and others)

Other Skills / Abilities

• Good interpersonal relationships, good disposition, proactivity and autonomy

• Be responsible and have ownership of the assigned topics

• Have the habit of providing frequent feedback

External BA certification (IIBA - AAC/CCBA/CBAP or CSPO from Scrum Alliance) mandatory as per policy for the project
