We are hiring a professional, self-motivated, high-energy individual who can call to gather qualifying information, uncover needs, and generate qualified sales leads.
Each month the company website attracts tens of thousands of visitors and the team will drive our performance by reaching out to those who have downloaded premium content (Dummies books, whitepapers, research reports), visited us at live or online events as well as those who have contacted us directly. The position will also be expected to make outbound telephone calls to a provided list of these prospects. Specific performance measures include:
- Generation of Qualified Sales Prospects
- Prospect to Opportunity Conversion
Position Summary:
- Heavy B2B prospecting by telephone and email
- Respond to online or phone inquiries from contacts
- Call into specified lists of leads
- Prospect/sales opportunity qualification
- Handling and overcoming objections
- Database, contact management, and CRM management
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Professional phone and office etiquette
- This position will be in the office 3 days a week in Plano, TX - Required
- This is a temporary position ending in December 2024.
- Experience using salesforce.com as a CRM to manage the leads pipeline.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, and written skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Sales experience in networking, telephony or telecom a decided plus.
- Understanding of Information Technology or highly versed in a related technology field (networking, session border controllers, media gateways, unified communications) is a plus.
