Job Title: Business Analyst (with P&C Insurance experience)

Work Location: San Diego, CA / Remote

Work Timings: US PST (Business Hours - 8AM to 5 PM PST)

Primary Skills (Must have):

• Minimum 7 years of P&C Insurance business analyst experience.
• Strong exposure in commercial lines Inland Marine, Umbrella, Auto, General Liability and Property.
• Working knowledge and understanding of Policy lifecycle and claims.
• SQL creation and execution of simple and complex queries based on understanding of policy OR claims databases policy system OR claim system tables and their relationships.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology is must.
• Experience in translating requirements into use cases with proficiency in building documenting acceptance criteria.
• Exposure in working with development and testing teams to perform requirement walkthroughs explaining expectations managing requirement changes and validating the solution product based on acceptance criteria.
• Requirements Gathering and Elicitation BRD FRD FRS etc.  
• Requirement Analysis and Modeling Workflow Diagrams
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
• Problem Solving Decision Making
• Ability to work independently.

Secondary Skills (Nice to have):

• Experience into Product Configuration of any COTS products.
