Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications using ASP.NET MVC. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using ASP.NET MVC, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. - Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications that meet or exceed customer expectations. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their continued growth and development. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in application development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other .NET frameworks such as .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Pune office.
