Position Overview:
This position is accountable for facilitating HR processes and programs that support our colleagues in designated client groups. You will collaborate globally within our HR team to support a global organization. The Sr HRBP will partner to set strategic HR direction that drives growth & value for assigned client group(s) and removes barriers to the business. They will provide HR counsel and problem-resolution support at a strategic level, teaming with assigned clients to build high performing teams, with a focus on:
Fostering an inclusive, global-first, customer obsessed culture;
Building upon change management capabilities to drive an agile and iterative workforce;
Strategic workforce and succession planning with high priority on internal development.
The Sr. HR Business Partner will be accountable for executing the items detailed below and for performing other duties as assigned
Responsibilities:
Build strong and trusting relationships with leaders and colleagues and partner with them advising, providing insights and resources, to help identify potential employee relations issues while driving consistency and follow up in HR processes
Develop and maintain knowledge of the business and market in order to influence effectiveness and provide insight to assigned client leadership. Experience with data analysis and pulling insights and recommendations from data
Create people-centric plans to meet business goals through a strong understanding of how talent fits into the business strategy, including talent development and workforce planning
Lead change initiatives at the HR, business-unit or corporate level, including DEI&B initiatives
Initiate and design strategic HR projects, as well as lead cross-functional and/or global projects
Partner with client group leaders and the talent acquisition team on open positions to recruit and hire the best talent for our needs
Facilitate compensation, performance management, and talent management processes within assigned client group
Effectively manage sensitive and confidential employee relations issues, in partnership with HR Leadership and Legal, to support investigations and conflict resolution. Sound judgment and decision making, problem resolution and leadership coaching on navigating critical conversations
Complete employee changes and actions in HRIS system for assigned client group working with our global HR operations, talent acquisition, and other HR functional teams
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years Human Resources business partner or generalist experience
Strong initiative and results orientation
Understand how to collaborate with a variety of different people and roles with ability to build strong relationships quickly through and maintain confidentiality
Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels
Experience leading change initiatives
Ability to use and share analytical and experiential data for decision making
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or MBA
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Workday HRIS system
Change Management expertise
Intellectual curiosity to bring new insights to the business, preferably in a multicultural environment
Strategic thinking as demonstrated through long-term planning initiatives
Program/project rollout experience, with measured results and impact
