Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications while acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing critical incidents and ensuring timely resolution to minimize business impact. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the critical incident management process, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business impact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for application development, deployment, and maintenance. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively, utilizing project management tools and techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in critical incident management. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in application design, build, and configuration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of best practices and standards for application development, deployment, and maintenance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
