Summary: As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will be responsible for driving innovative practices into delivery and bringing depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Your typical day will involve working directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. - Provide expert guidance and support to clients on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central functionality, including configuration, integration, and data migration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, including working with developers, testers, and project managers. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of related SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning. - Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, integration, and data migration. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information systems, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
