Job description

Experience: 5-10 Years

Required Skills:

 Hands on experience working in Embedded systems or Telecom product Development Company

 Expertise in Networking domain, with specialization in IP protocol, Routing (OSPF, ISIS, BGP) and

Signaling protocols (RSVP, LDP, Segment Routing), Multicast protocols(PIM, IGMP, MLD,MSDP)

 Expertise in C/C++ programming, Linux/Unix operating system

 Expertise in OOAD and OO Design patterns

 Exposure to working with Metaswitch IP/MPLS stack will be a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Role will involve working in the Metaswitch Protocol development team, to develop protocols

for next-gen IP/MPLS product catered to 5G market

 Roadmap includes development of protocols like Segment Routing, EVPN, MVPN, RSVP-TE and

adding new features to existing routing/signaling protocols

 Work could also span various layers in the system software such as high-availability software,

IP/Ethernet/MPLS standards implementation

 Role demands ability to work closely with developers/system engineers in cross-site teams in

Israel and China

 Ability to lead a small team of engineers, review system definitions, and lead design and

development of specific software modules, independently.
