Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). Your typical day will involve leading the effort to design and build applications, acting as the primary point of contact, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: a: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). b: Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. c: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. d: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. e: Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability. f: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: a: Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). b: Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development. c: Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. d: Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. e: Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. f: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. g: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Btech or equivalent
