Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to administer Facility Programs which are reoccurring maintenance services of CVS properties. Example programs include waste removal, interior cleaning, pharmacy confidential waste, pest control, and other reoccurring maintenance services. The role will be solely responsible for managing the assigned program and will take direction from the Operations Manager. Additional project assignments will also be assigned to the Program Administrator as needed.

Responsibilities
1. Administer assigned recurring Facility Management Program.
2. Identify and effectively communicate Program issues and trends, and potential compliance risks.
3. Monitor repairs associated to Program Trade for potential issues and trends. Effectively communicate those to Management.
4. Monitor spend of Program and effectively communicate potential issues and risks.

5. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in vendor management or property management

Preferred Qualifications
• Is proficient in administering a recurring program
• Has strong Excel skills
• Can effectively manage multiple vendor relationships
• Understands the budgeting and forecasting process
• Is well organized
• Effectively manages multiple priorities

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $89,300.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
